Crafted in polished 14k yellow gold, this hinged cartilage ring features a delicate open heart charm — approximately 5mm wide — suspended from a 10mm hoop. The high-polish finish catches light with understated brilliance, while the hinged closure makes placement and removal straightforward. At just 16 gauge, the slim profile sits comfortably in a helix, tragus, or upper ear piercing, offering a refined gold accent without overwhelming the ear.
